Kigurumi cosplayer · FFXIV
Hi, I'm Suze
A Miqo'te from Final Fantasy XIV, stepped out of Eorzea and into the real world. Full body suit, handcrafted mask, cat ears and tail included. Here you'll find my cosplays, photoshoots and conventions.
About me
I'm a kigurumi cosplayer from the Netherlands, bringing my own Final Fantasy XIV character to life. Suze started out as pixels and now walks around conventions and photoshoots for real. I love how a kigu character can communicate without words — everything is in the posture, gestures and expression.
You can find me at conventions, photoshoots and meet-ups. Want to do a shoot together or have a question? Feel free to send me a message!

FAQ
What is kigurumi?
Kigurumi (or "kigu") is a style of cosplay where you wear a full body suit with an anime-style mask. It brings the character completely to life, from head to toe.
Can you see through the mask?
Yes! My mask has full mesh eyes: the whole eye is made of fine mesh, so I can see straight through it. Side vision is still limited though, so at busy events I often walk with a handler.
Why don't you talk?
Traditionally, a kigu character doesn't speak — everything is expressed through gestures and body language. That's what makes the character so special.
Can I take a photo with you?
I'd love that! Just ask and I'll happily pose. Tag me on Instagram (@suzekigs) afterwards so I can see the photo too.
Did you make the mask yourself?
No, my mask was made by a professional kigurumi mask maker. The outfits are where I get to add my own touch.
